Update candidates with the current status and maintain up-to-date data for tracking purposes.
Identify, build, and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
Properly screen qualified candidates for submission to hiring managers and make hiring recommendations when necessary.
Track and update staffing moves and forecasts, ensuring team members comply with jobsite requirements (drug screens, required background checks, etc.).
Work together with the Operations Management Team on a daily basis to support the staffing needs of the market.
Actively source potential candidates on all platforms and manage the hiring process in conjunction with Cianbro’s SOP.
Build and maintain professional relationships with state agencies, technical programs, colleges, and universities as a source to generate qualified applicants.
Coordinate job assignments with new and existing team members.
Ensure all team members have the licensing, certification and client requirements to access the sites and perform the work.
Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, and workforce development opportunities through the Cianbro Institute.
Attend external networking events (job/career fairs, etc.) when determined by Market Leaders.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish.
Frequent travel is required.
