Coordinate on ERP implementations and upgrades, focusing on procurement automation and standardization.
Manage CAPEX sourcing, including equipment, tooling, facilities, and infrastructure projects.
Oversee procurement activities including RFQs, purchase orders, and contract execution.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies that balance cost-effectiveness with product quality.
Support initiatives aimed at supply chain improvement and sustainability.
Implement and monitor Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs to enhance supply continuity and reduce holding costs.
Balance material availability with inventory optimization.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with new and existing suppliers.
Prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators, including safety, quality, delivery, cost, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.
Conduct market research and assessments to inform procurement actions.
Manage RFQ processes, supplier selection, and procurement readiness for production ramp-up.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure sourcing supports new product launches efficiently and cost-effectively.
Evaluate supply chain constraints and negotiate improved lead times through forecasting and capacity planning.
Oversee bidding processes, contract negotiation, and finalization for capital projects and services.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Train and mentor team members on procurement best practices and company policies.
Coordinate with internal teams to align procurement timelines and project requirements.
Work closely with Operations, Engineering, Materials, Quality, Finance, and other departments to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals.

Experience handling end to end procurement processes and managing KPIs, VMI, and related operational activities.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles, including at least 2 years in supervisory or team management roles.
