Description

The Inside Sales Representative, also called Equipment Rental Specialist, serves as the front‑line contact for telephone and walk‑in customers. The role involves understanding each customer’s equipment requirements, negotiating terms, placing rental orders, and handling associated administrative tasks while maintaining a professional attitude.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, possess a valid driver’s license, and be familiar with construction and industrial tools. Preferred qualifications include prior equipment‑rental experience, strong customer‑service and telephone skills, solid computer and admin abilities, completion of DOT qualification, and bilingual proficiency in Spanish or another language.
