Generate high-volume, profitable sales while achieving maximum market penetration with a few service requirements as possible.
Represent Durabuilt at company-sponsored events, professional group invitations to discuss and/or present Durabuilt products, trade association meetings, and/or shows.
Prepare documents for and attend project kick off meetings with the team.
Regularly call existing customers and consistently prospects for new business.
Accurately read, interpret and take-off blueprints, and to effectively use electronic software and systems to quote, sell and order products.
Maintain and expand the database of prospects, qualified leads and clients.
Prepare contract package for executive approval and submission, ensuring all documents are aligned and compliant with the contract.
Review shop drawings with clients and internal team, noting any revisions and approvals as necessary.
Responsible to weekly/monthly/yearly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to build pipeline and close deals.
Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with Dealers, Builders, Architects, Trade organizations and Consumer clients.
Continue to foster superior customer relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle including post sales and installation.
Enter opportunities into our systems (Salesforce & CX) and work with our Scheduling department to ensure the smooth transfer of information.
Give prospects and customers in-person or virtual product tours, and effectively communicate the features and benefits of each product.
Promote and advance the visibility and presence of the entire Durabuilt product line while maintaining a continual awareness of activity or news in the architectural and/or construction-related community.
Prepare and present quotes, tender proposals, RFIs, RFQs, specification acceptance requests.
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce.
