Description
The Circle Lead (Projects)‑SM is accountable for driving commercial operations across New Connection, Meter Management and Recovery functions. The role oversees daily operations, monitors and controls commercial processes, ensures regulatory compliance, and optimises workflows to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction and revenue recovery. By using data‑driven insights and a strategic mindset, the Circle Lead aligns cross‑functional teams, promotes continuous improvement and fosters a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Drive commercial operations for New Connection, Meter Management, and Recovery units.
