Are you detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about supporting learners on their apprenticeship journey? CITB is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Apprenticeship Processing Administrator to join our dynamic team.

CITB is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable adults, children and young people. Candidates must be willing to undergo the requisite pre-employment vetting checks and procedures, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service or Disclosure Scotland. A basic PVG is required for this post.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a structured environment
Organised and able to manage workload to meet deadlines
Familiarity with apprenticeship delivery or educational/training settings
Experience using databases and Microsoft Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions
Clear and confident communicator — written, verbal, and face-to-face
Experience in a compliance-led or regulated environment
Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures to ensure quality outcomes
