Gather feedback from trainees and stakeholders to improve training effectiveness.
Conduct on-site operational training, coaching staff in real-world environments to reinforce learning and ensure safe, competent performance.
Liaise with operational teams to coordinate training delivery around business needs.
Monitor training compliance and certification renewals.
Support the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring timely and relevant training is provided.
Contribute to the development and review of training materials and resources.
Assist the Training Manager in developing and updating training plans and schedules.
