Manages Davenport IT environments critical for Manufacturing operations
Establishes and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers to identify and on-board qualified contract resources
Supports Arconic Compliance activities by performing annual system testing for adherence to IT System and SOX Audit requirements, assists SOX audit teams and internal audit teams as required, and performs Disaster Recovery testing as required.
Guides and directs support team member activities to ensure SLA and customer satisfaction targets
Manages production support teams, project deployment teams, and off-shore development teams

5 years’ minimum experience in a similar role.
Experience with manufacturing systems that support HR functions like overtime and attendance
Working knowledge of SQL, PLSQL and database query tools (SQL Developer and/or SQL+)
Experience in VB.Net, C#, Java, or C development
