  • Translate enterprise technology strategy into actionable plans with measurable milestones and KPIs.
  • Implement and manage IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, ITSM) to improve efficiency and accountability.
  • Own the architecture and performance of B&D’s technology environment across Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AWS, SharePoint Online, and other SaaS platforms.
  • Support ERP integration and readiness for future M&A or enterprise initiatives.
  • Act as a thought leader and representative of the technology function in cross-functional planning discussions.
  • Lead and develop a team of systems engineers, administrators, and service desk professionals to deliver exceptional, reliable support.
  • Collaborate with leaders across Finance, HR, Operations, and Project Teams to ensure technology alignment with enterprise processes.
  • Manage department budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee all IT operations, including infrastructure, networking, cloud services, security, and service delivery across multiple offices.
  • Oversee disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response planning.
  • Ensure high-quality, timely resolution of user issues and adherence to SLAs.
  • Partner with the VP of Corporate Infrastructure to execute key initiatives, including ERP and AI/LLM deployment, data integration, and infrastructure advancement.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cloud modernization, cybersecurity, and network optimization.
  • Champion service desk modernization, knowledge sharing, and proactive support practices.

  • Familiarity with AI/LLM systems, cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), and Power BI analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, hire, and retain a high-performing team, while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives such as ERP or CRM rollouts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate enterprise technology goals into actionable operational plans.
  • Proven leadership in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, including endpoint management (Intune, Autopilot).
  • PMP, ITIL v4, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and align IT strategy to organizational goals.
  • 10+ years of progressive IT experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise-level operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills, capable of working cross-functionally with various departments and project teams.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud architecture, and cybersecurity.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or project-based organizations.
