Banque d’heures pour les employés à salaire horaire ;
Préparer et compléter des plans détaillés sous la direction du ou de la chargé·e de projets;
Participer à la production des plans concept, préliminaires et d’exécution;
Produire des plans, coupes, élévations ou documents d’exécution précis, sans erreurs ; dans un contexte BIM, la marge d’erreur est réduite, et une petite incohérence peut entraîner des problèmes majeurs

DEP en dessin de bâtiment ou DEC Diplôme d’étude collégiale en Architecture ou formation équivalente;
Maitrise de la Suite Microsoft office;
Avoir une méthode de travail structurée, bien organiser le modèle (familles, vues, phasage), documenter clairement
Maîtrise du logiciel Civil 3D (Atout);
Maitrise avancée du logiciel Revit (Autodesk) (Atout);
Excellente maîtrise du français, à l’oral et à l’écrit.
Maitrise de base du logiciel Revit (Autodesk) avec expérience de projets (Formation interne disponible);
Être capable d’utiliser Revit pour produire des maquettes numériques structurées, avec familles paramétriques, vues, nomenclatures, phases, et cohérence des données.
Flexibilité d’horaire ;
Savoir modéliser en 3D des espaces bâtis ou paysagers, anticiper les contraintes techniques et spatiales
Savoir prioriser, respecter les délais, produire des livrables en série, tout en maintenant qualité et précision.
Compte de gestion santé ;
Maîtrise des logiciels AutoCAD et Civil 3D;
Participer à la modélisation 3D et à la coordination des maquettes numériques (BIM);
Effectuer du dessin assisté par ordinateur (DAO) pour le département d’Aménagement et Environnement;
Expérience pertinente de trois (3) ans dans un poste similaire;
Effectuer diverses tâches connexes en dessins de standards, modélisation, création de famille, etc.
Connaissance des logiciels Rhino, SketchUp ou InDesign (Atout).
Être capable d’analyser, comprendre le problème, proposer des ajustements ou des solutions lors de la modélisation, des imprécisions, des conflits ou des incohérences « clash detection ».
