As a Practice Builder, you will build, grow, and develop a dynamic Land Development team, fostering and maintaining robust relationships with key clients. Your leadership responsibilities will include upholding the highest standards of integrity and sound business principles, setting a clear vision and developing strategic business plans and measurable goals, building and maintaining positive client relationships, ensuring transparent communication across your team and partnerships, and growing and leading a top-tier land development practice.
Candidates need 8+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects and a Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license. They should have extensive client contacts with local architects, developers, land-use attorneys, planners and/or land owners, strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D, business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting, and the ability to communicate positively at all levels. Additionally, they must be able to manage and mentor staff, direct resources effectively, and demonstrate profitable project management.
