Window Install Helper

Description

In this role you will install home‑remodeling products, such as windows, following Mad City’s standards, and perform any necessary finish work. After each job you will communicate with management to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments, and you will complete a carpentry checklist together with the homeowner to ensure a successful closeout.

• Install windows and other home remodeling products according to company standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for each construction application.
• Communicate with management after installations to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payment.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction.
• Experience with window replacements or window wrapping.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with homeowners and team members.
