As the RVP, you will have P&L responsibility and play a crucial role in enhancing the profitability of the region. As the leader for this region, you will be responsible for the safety of all employees, customer and employee engagement and success, the strategic long-term planning to drive growth and continuous improvement of operations.
Develop a succession plan for all direct reports.
Ensure overall P&L performance, meeting revenue, margin, and EBITDA targets.
Recruit and retain branch leaders who embody our core values and can drive organizational growth
Manage the regional Risk & Opportunity pipeline to achieve financial objectives.
Analyze customer portfolios to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and target new markets, particularly those with low penetration.
Lead and support the branch network to deliver exceptional customer service and solve problems effectively.
Drive the expansion of emerging business segments across the region.
Supervise regional construction and service operations to ensure client satisfaction and contract performance.
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to efficiently acquire and seamlessly onboard new customers.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow regional revenue and profitability.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure contract fulfillment.
Boost EBITDA through cost management, productivity gains, and best practices.
Promote a regional culture focused on a “growth mindset” and proactive business development.
The Regional Vice President assists the COO in driving the region's profitability and creating a consistently excellent customer and employee experience. Reporting to the COO, the RVP provides leadership for the assigned geographic region. This individual will have P&L responsibility, manage the overall regional business, lead regional long-term planning, and contribute to overall business strategy. The RVP plays an important strategic role in the success of the brand.
Oversee the integration of operational and cultural aspects of acquisitions within the region.
Monitor regional KPIs and performance metrics across branches, taking corrective actions when necessary.
Regularly communicate with direct reports about KPIs, action items, and other important topics (i.e., one-on-one meetings).
Develop and implement recovery and improvement plans for underperforming branches.
Develop and maintain a strong leadership bench through mentorship/talent development.
Location: Chicago area preferred or another major city located in the Midwest Region
Target Base Salary Range: $175,000 - $225,000 USD
