- Report all incidents, near misses, and hazards promptly to your supervisor
- Operate all equipment in accordance with company and client policies and procedures
- Assist with rig moves and logistics as required
- Support mechanics with daily tasks
- Coordinate stock control and movement to Barrow Island Warehouse, ensuring QA and AQIS compliance
- Maintain storerooms, bin locations, and laydown areas in a clean and orderly condition
- Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and certification registers for stored goods
- Process paperwork for transfer of parts and materials through Chevron logistics chain
- Transport equipment, parts, and materials to rig sites as required
- Manage "parts issue" sheets and stock receipt sheets for Supply Department
- Process supply non‑compliance reports for Well Servicing Rig Supervisor
- Liaise with Supply Department to ensure continuity of supply for rig operations
- Complete all mandatory training and reasonable tasks to support Barrow Island operations

Ventia has a fantastic opportunity for a candidate seeking to work in the well servicing industry on a 15/13‑day FIFO roster with the point of hire in Perth. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an Operations Support Officer to work on Barrow Island.
