The Customer Supply Chain Analyst role, based in Towson, MD, New Britain, CT, or Valley City, OH, is a hybrid position within the Global Supply Chain team. The analyst manages outbound order fulfillment and drives improvements in planning and operational processes, serving as a key interface among channel, sales, supply/demand, and distribution.
Key responsibilities include managing the full order life cycle, analyzing service metrics, communicating with customers on order status, maintaining a monthly supply‑chain scorecard, and monitoring fill‑rate and on‑time delivery performance. The analyst also investigates root causes of reliability issues, develops corrective actions, identifies cost‑saving opportunities, and proactively addresses compliance risks.
The ideal candidate holds a BA/BS in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline and brings 1–5 years of experience in customer operations, forecasting, inventory management, or supply planning. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse, and Power BI is required, along with strong analytical, communication, and project‑management skills.
Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 (MD) with potential sign‑on payment, plus a comprehensive benefits package covering medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and tool discounts.
