- Avoir d’excellentes habiletés interpersonnelles et être orienté client;
- Être méthodique, rigoureux, minutieux;
- Traiter les demandes qui lui sont adressées (gestion et configuration de droits d’accès, déplacement, remplacement, installation de postes de travail, besoin en équipement, suivi avec les fournisseurs);
- Détenir une grande capacité d’adaptation et faire preuve de flexibilité;

- Posséder un sens de l’organisation aiguisé, exceller en gestion des priorités et du stress;
- Expérience en téléphonie IP;
- DEC/AEC en informatique;
- Connaissance de serveur Windows, Office 365, Active Directory et Azure;
- Administrer les serveurs physiques, virtuels et en nuage, localement et à distance;
- Gestion Office 365 et antivirus;
- Installer, modifier et maintenir des systèmes et logiciels;
- Configuration des comptes et aide à l'intégration de nouveaux utilisateurs.
