- History of curiosity through tinkering, volunteering, or outdoor hobbies.
- Background in environmental studies, biology, chemistry, or algebra.
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel extensively.
- Mechanical experience in diagnosing and repairing equipment, using ropes or rigging systems, or working in HVAC, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Comfort with basic hand tools, equipment setup, and field troubleshooting.
- Strong time management and professional communication skills.
- Self-discipline, reliability, and adaptability.
