What you would be doing

- Select appropriate tools, materials, and machining processes for each job.
- Maintain documentation of CNC programs, setup sheets, and revisions.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
- Collaborate with engineers and global team to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency.
- Complete Machine Operation, Maintenance, PM, Spare Management.
- Set up CNC machines, conduct test runs, and adjust programs for optimal performance.
- Develop CNC programs (Siemens/Fanuc) using CAD/CAM software for Grinding/Milling/Turning etc operations.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand project specifications.
- Typically works in manufacturing or Machining facilities.

- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, SolidWorks).
- Strong understanding of machining processes and materials.

- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), Tool handling, mechanical aptitude, drawing interpretation
- Strong communication and teamwork.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Experience with 3,4, or 5-axis CNC machines is highly desirable.
- Analytical thinking/Troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- May require standing for long periods and handling heavy machinery.
- Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
- Certification in CNC programming (Siemens/Fanuc) or machine tool technology is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Teamwork, adaptability, time management
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in CNC programming or related field preferred.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Can adhere to work efficiently in shifts.
