Senior Business Development Lead

Description

• Initiate projects with clients and successfully handoff won work to the delivery team
• Provide subject matter expertise in climate, sustainability, water, and/or nature to advance client conversations and develop detailed and complex technical proposals
• Lead proposal teams to create and submit winning bids aligned with strategic objectives
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, including executive level relationships, critical to driving long-term business growth

Requirements

• 6+ years of related consulting experience leading and delivering Climate & Carbon, Sustainability, or Water & Nature services
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field
• Empathy and listening skills

• Communication and Consultative Communication skills
• Ability to determine goals and priorities and the ability to assess the actions, time, and resources to achieve those goals
