Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Develop long-term client relationships and identify follow-up opportunities.
Contribute to renewable energy market thought leadership, internal research, and model development.
Lead buy and sell side TDD mandates; act as the face of our practice to investors and lenders, and coordinate specialist SMEs to ensure high‑quality, bankable deliverables.
Assemble and lead project teams delivering complex client engagements, ensuring high-quality outputs and efficient resource use.
Contribute to ERM’s vision for a competitive advantage in a changing marketplace.
Actively source, select, and develop talent in collaboration with regional leadership.
Prepare proposals from pre-RFP to close-out and deliver client reports and presentations.
Represent ERM at key industry events, panels, and client briefings.
Collaborate across ERM offices and practices to identify opportunities and generate revenue.
Author substantive sections of technical reports and guide contributions from mid and junior staff.
Model high standards of performance and professionalism.
Work with business heads and practice leads in securing new advisory engagements.

Experience on developer/IPP and advisory sides is desirable.
Proven track record in business development and client service.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental sciences, renewable energy technology, business administration, or related discipline.
Hands‑on experience delivering TDD or equivalent technical reviews for renewable wind projects (standalone or co-located).
Proficiency with standard industry software tools.
Strong understanding of design, performance, construction, risks.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Experience reviewing project finance models (inputs, assumptions, technical parameters) is also desirable.
