Review construction drawings for neatness and design accuracy.
Review designs to ensure compliance with client's construction standards.
Perform design services requiring a full understanding of drawings, specifications, and Industry/Company standards covering the assigned work.
Review any major documentation of cost estimates, specifications, evaluations, and requisitions.
Review of Compatible/Macro Units within client's GIS/WMS systems.
Review other associated paperwork such as Bill of Materials, Pole Boring, Pole Loading, guying documents, along with other requirements deemed necessary by clients.
Perform detailed QAQC of overhead and/or underground electric distribution projects.
Assist in design development to meet project schedules.
Identify design issues and provide constructive feedback and training to the design team.
This work includes the review of field notes, drawings, specifications, and estimates as defined by the client's scope of work document.
The QAQC individual may be responsible to provide direction, training, supervision and guidance of other individuals in this job group of equal or lower grade as directed by the Manager.

Working knowledge of the practices and procedures pertaining to the QA/QC technical matters in Electrical Engineering, GIS systems, CADD.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering/Design or related field.
10+ years of experience in distribution design at senior level preferred.
