Strong technical knowledge, big-picture thinking, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage projects to TMR policies, standards, and specifications.
Minimum 10 years post-RPEQ registration or substantial postgraduate experience in surveillance, verification, and contract management of complex road and bridge projects.
Demonstrated experience in the administration of AS2124 style contracts such as Transport Infrastructure Contracts, Construct Only (TIC-CO), AS4300 style Design and Construct (D&C) Contracts, relational contracts, or Collaborative Project Agreements (CPA) or Alliance.
DTMR Prequalification Level SEU03 is mandatory
