- Conduct site visits and bridge inspections during both the design and construction phases to ensure compliance and performance
- Support bridge design efforts on a variety of multi-disciplinary transportation projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, while meeting quality control and quality assurance standards
- Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines and technical staff to develop design calculations, plans, and specifications
- Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on design tasks and contributing to their professional development

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Microstation and Revit; Microsoft Word and Excel required
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Structural Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge engineering and design
- Familiarity with MassDOT strongly preferred
- Technical experience with structural analysis and design software such as RAM Structual System, RISA-3D, Visual Analysis and EnerCalc preferred
Compensation: $90,000 - $115,000 / year
