Monitor term contracts and manage costs effectively to optimize resources.
Manage term contractors for maintenance activities, including obtaining quotations and supervising works to ensure quality performance.
Act as a bridge between management and operational teams, ensuring alignment on direction and goals.
Coordinate and define specifications for procurement activities within the team.
Attend to tenants’ feedback promptly and maintain strong tenant-landlord relationships.
Facilitate handover and takeover of premises, and coordinate tenancy fitting-out processes.
Guide team members in budgeting processes (accrual, forecasting) and support manpower resource planning.
Support the Manager in the budgeting process and assist in preparing materials for credit-control and management review meetings.
Work closely with Technicians to plan and implement preventive maintenance and improvement works.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess property conditions and identify necessary repairs or enhancements.
Lead and inspire the team by fostering resilience, creativity, and solution-oriented thinking.

Excellent team player with strong initiatives, communication and interpersonal skills.
At least 5 - 6 years of relevant experiences in property management, conversant with local building codes and regulations.
Demonstrate foresight and strategic mindset to anticipate challenges and improve work strategies.
Motivate and bring out the best in individuals while effectively delegating responsibilities.
Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
Possess strong skills in accrual, forecasting, and process planning to ensure accurate financial management.
Certification as a Fire Safety Manager and experience in contract administration will be an added advantage.
Possess sound knowledge of potential work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
Possess good working knowledge of modern building, plumbing and sanitary, as well as mechanical and electrical principles and procedures.
Degree in Building Services, Real Estate Management or a related discipline.
