Commercial Roofing Service Laborers will be responsible for physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders to at least 25 ft, and working collaboratively within a team. Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have reliable transportation, and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
- Experience with EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roof repairs.
- Service helper experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lb and climb ladders to at least 25 ft.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Reliable transportation.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
- Pass pre‑employment drug test.
- Roofing knowledge preferred for laborers.
