Managing day-to-day operations for asset replacement works, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
Acting as the main point of contact with Northern Powergrid and building strong client relationships.
Championing safety and compliance with HSQE policies and procedures.
Overseeing multiple projects from planning through to energisation and handover.
Allocating resources effectively and monitoring performance against KPIs.
Leading a team of Field Managers, Supervisors, Planners, Engineers, and Site Operatives.

Experience working with Northern Powergrid.
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
Commercial awareness and contract management experience.
Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM).
Full UK driving licence.
Proven experience in cable installation, utilities, or power distribution projects.
Strong knowledge of LV and HV cable networks, preferably in a DNO environment.
Streetworks knowledge.
