We are seeking a highly skilled Stress / Structural Analyst to perform advanced analysis of compressor and turbine components in support of aerospace and defense programs. The successful candidate will execute linear and non-linear Finite Element Analysis (FEA), conduct fatigue and durability assessments, and contribute to structural integrity evaluations for certification deliverables on Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

  • Proficiency in ANSYS Workbench, HyperMesh, and NASTRAN for FEA modeling and simulation.
  • Prior experience supporting aerospace engine or turbomachinery programs.
  • B.S. or M.S. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Exposure to DoD or FAA certification processes.
  • Strong programming and data analysis skills using MATLAB or Python.
  • Familiarity with aerospace materials, loading environments, and validation procedures.
  • In-depth understanding of fatigue, fracture mechanics, and structural dynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
