- Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel.
- Assist with counting and reconciling daily sales cash receipts.
- Produce supporting information for Weekly P&L report.
- Assist with processing purchase invoices, including matching against purchase orders and goods received notes, maintaining Goods Received Records, and posting purchase ledger invoices to Sage 200.
- Set up new customer accounts on sales invoicing system.
- Maintain and update the Raw Material Purchase Tracker
