Keeps work area clear of unnecessary clutter and performs routine clean-up as needed.
Follows all OSHA and TP Mechanical Contractors standards for safety.
Responsible for all welding.
Keeps equipment in good working order and insures proper and timely maintenance is performed one equipment.
Assists with the layout of work projects.

Requirements

driver's license

Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 60 lbs.
Basic math skills.
High School or GED equivalent
Eyesight correctable to 20/50
Ability to pass a pipe test (GMAW).
Minimum 1year welding experience.
Ability to work within precise limits or standards of accuracy and productivity.
Knowledge of general plumbing and piping installation is a plus.
Trade School or vocational training a plus
Able to perform shift work if needed.
Working knowledge of all hand and power tools.
Ability to read blueprints
Valid Drivers License
