The role serves as an on‑site project leader responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects for assigned customers, handling hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, commissioning, and project closeout while maintaining financial results and customer satisfaction.
Success requires adhering to design standards, communicating technical and business issues, managing material procurement and subcontractor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, coaching staff, delivering accurate documentation, and training owners/operators.
Candidates must hold at least a technical associate degree with two to six years of relevant field experience (depending on level), possess hands‑on experience with access control, fire, video or similar systems, hold appropriate licenses and certifications, demonstrate strong computer skills, and preferably understand project accounting.
