The position oversees the modernization of existing RBS training content, the creation of new learning materials to fill gaps, and the consistent deployment of these programs across global business units in partnership with VPs. Data‑driven improvement will be emphasized through the establishment of KPIs and analytics to demonstrate ROI and CI maturity, while platform innovation will focus on enhancing learning systems and integrating automation for a better learner experience.
Qualified candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred) and bring at least ten years of continuous improvement or learning and organizational development experience, including five years in senior leadership. They must possess deep Lean/CI expertise, proven change‑management ability, strong project‑management skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
The role requires 25–50 % travel and offers an annual base compensation ranging from $155,200 to $241,800, dependent on location, experience, and education.
