  • Serve as a liaison between customers and the interconnection engineering team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Track project milestones and maintain documentation to support team efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Address and resolve basic customer inquiries related to grid interconnection and common utility concerns.
  • Manage and respond to solar interconnection requests via Power Clerk.
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve customer utility needs and ensure smooth interconnection processes.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • High School diploma required; an associate's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field is preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
