Assist with punch list and close-out.
Provide technical support for construction effort including participation in construction planning and design; interpretation of design; application of construction methods; resolution and documentation of design conflicts; constructability reviews, etc.
Review and understand project drawings and specs.
Prepare project submittals and provide written RFIs to client.
Monitor progress of projects, including tracking and documentation of job costs, contract design changes and updates.
Assist with the development and maintenance of various project logs, including project change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
May be required to submit to periodic background checks if position requires access to security sensitive business locations and/or systems.
Participate in project planning, including development and maintenance of project schedules.

A working knowledge of engineering principles at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
Must be able to act with integrity, professionalism and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Must have a safe driving record and a valid driver’s license according to legal requirements

Working knowledge of document control and job cost tracking.
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated, proactive, and contribute to a team-oriented work environment.
Experienced in the use of various Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
