Support the development, enhancement, and management of the VMO Vendor Compliance program.
Support customer program goals and objectives: promote supplier diversity, vendor incentive programs, etc.

Maintain vendor scorecard with metrics, performance goals, and improvement initiatives

Must have a proven track record in negotiating pricing and reducing costs.
Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement

3 years' experience in Telecom supply industry preferred
Must have proficient computer software skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Visio
Working knowledge of Oracle, QuickBase, Avetta, and other similar online industry/SaaS database supplier relationship management applications
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Managment or related field
Ability to travel up to 50% travel (required)
