Performing design calculations, plan preparation, material specifications, and quantity take-offs.
Designing system components for integration within overall project layouts.
Exercising limited judgment in selecting and adapting methods, procedures, and design alternatives.
Collaborating with engineers and project managers to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of project deliverables.
Adjusting and correlating project data and identifying discrepancies in results through detailed review processes.
Providing technical direction to support staff or drafting personnel as needed.
Applying prescribed engineering methods to complete specific portions of broader project assignments under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships within a team environment.

Minimum of 2 years of single-family land development experience required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other civil design software tools.
