Experience using a CRM system to manage your sales pipeline and market activity is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills and the technical aptitude to understand and sell complex system solutions.
Proven success in managing accounts and building relationships, ideally within a distribution channel sales model.
The ability to travel up to 50% across your territory (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Alaska, and Western Canada).
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, or equivalent experience demonstrating strong technical and commercial skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably within the hydraulics, fluid power, or a related industrial field.
