What you would be doing

Identify and use carpentry tools.
Read and interpret advanced blueprints.
Load, transport, and unload materials, tools, equipment, and supplies using proper lifting techniques.
Wear a respirator as needed (blood pressure no higher than 150/90).
Erect and disassemble commercial scaffolding.
Select, measure, and cut materials.
Fabricate and install job-built scaffolding.
Climb vertical ladders and work above/below ground as necessary.
Perform detailed layout and maintain a clean work area.
Install shoring and bracing.

Must be able to obtain nuclear unescorted access, including fitness for duty requirements.
Ability to walk job sites and climb.
Capacity to reason and make sound decisions.
Ability to read and write complex documents in English.
Demonstrate proper use of tools, including non-power hand tools.
Knowledge of relevant processes and procedures.
Successful completion of all training including, Radiation Worker Training, Plant Access Training, Fitness for Duty, etc.
Ability to pass all background and screening requirements, including drug and/or alcohol screening.
