You will work closely with engineering teams, site operations, consultants, vendors, and project stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth, compliant, and timely execution.

Drive constructability, subcontracting, design coordination, and logistics planning at early project stages.
Conduct site readiness audits, value engineering reviews, and ensure full technical compliance.
Oversee documentation, drawing control, material approvals, and technical correspondences.
Monitor technical progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Support the development of execution plans including sequencing, resource allocation, and material specifications.
Oversee mobilization and demobilization of technical engineering teams.
Review PRs & POs to ensure technical specifications and approved documents are met.
Lead, mentor, and develop the technical engineering team, draftsmen, and site-support functions.
Manage and coordinate all technical activities across Civil, Architectural, MEP, and Infrastructure disciplines.
Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards across project operations.
Ensure all technical submissions meet schedules, cost targets, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Enhance team performance in design quality, coordination efficiency, and compliance.
Review variation orders, design modifications, and alternative systems/materials.
Ensure all engineering and construction activities follow company policies and project-specific requirements.
Promote skill development, structured training, and cross-disciplinary coordination.
