Assist in planning and coordinating on‐board installation works, including scopes of work, installation work packages, and test procedures

Manage the construction programme
Complete electrical and control systems design for BESS project, applying a robust systems engineering process
Provide mentoring and support to junior engineers where required
Create engineering designs to integrate the platform's electrical and control systems
Project Management, including management of task schedule, resourcing, budget and progress monitoring, and reporting
Participate in the design coordination meetings within multi disciplinary environment

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer - Electrical for BESS Project in Gnarwarre, Victoria.
Provide a high level of electrical engineering technical competence based on relevant experience and knowledge
Demonstrated ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment
Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering or similar
Strong interpersonal skills and Project Management skills
Experience from a renewable EPC project
Proven ability to produce clear and well‐presented reports of a suitable quality and standard
Proven skills and experience in an electrical engineering function
Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening, and decision-making skills
Experience with electrical and control systems for HV/LV
Ability to manage, prioritise, and complete multiple tasks concurrently
