The consultant will drive adoption of digital delivery methods, integrate BIM with GIS, IoT, and construction management tools, and promote advanced visualization such as digital twins and 4D/5D modeling. They will also lead team training, provide BIM support, and foster a culture of innovation.
Data management and quality assurance are critical, requiring accurate, consistent data throughout the project lifecycle, regular model audits, and development of data management policies. The role involves stakeholder collaboration, coordinating meetings, embedding BIM requirements in contracts, and reporting progress and lessons learned for future projects. Innovation duties include evaluating new technologies like AR, VR, or machine learning and piloting their use.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management and have at least five years of experience in digital delivery environments, including BIM, VDC, and CDEs. Desired soft skills include eagerness to learn, proactive communication, adaptability, problem‑solving, and the ability to lead meetings. Managerial abilities such as self‑management, understanding delivery phases, and documentation of lessons learned are also required.
