Work with the Bid Manager to continuously update and improve this database to enhance the efficiency of future proposal development
Coordinate the different elements of the tender document by communicating with various contacts across the business to gather draft information for review by Bid Manager.
Post-submission, review and learn from the submission process to continuously improve processes and submissions
Stay up-to-date with proposal management tools and technologies to optimise efficiency and enhance the quality of proposals
