Bid Coordinator

Description

• Prepare content to include in bid submission: working with estimating team, design manager and graphic designer to compile a successful tender document.
• Collaborate with our graphic design team to originate visual supports for inclusion as necessary
• Work with the Bid Manager to continuously update and improve this database to enhance the efficiency of future proposal development
• Coordinate the different elements of the tender document by communicating with various contacts across the business to gather draft information for review by Bid Manager.
• Post-submission, review and learn from the submission process to continuously improve processes and submissions
• Stay up-to-date with proposal management tools and technologies to optimise efficiency and enhance the quality of proposals

Requirements

• Proficiency in InDesign is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work on own initiative, proactive and committed to assignment completion
• Ability to work to deadlines and project demands to meet business needs.
• 3+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally a construction or engineering environment
• Attention to detail even when working in a fast paced, demanding environment
• Ability to effectively engage with diverse teams of senior individuals
• Excellent written communication, time management and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams) is essential
