What you would be doing

Ensure the shop floor is maintained in a clean and tidy fashion at all times
Complete other reasonable duties assigned by your line manager from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Be responsible for the food preparation (not Cooking) and service in line with HACCP/Food Hygiene procedures
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, deep clean duties
Provide excellent customer service
Ensure Stock rotation on a first in first out basis
Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, and in particular, adhere to our HACCP systems

Team player with great customer service skills is a must.
Strong interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP is desirable.
Whilst previous experience is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

Have the ability to work on your own initiative
Have high personal standards, with attention to detail
Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative
Barista experience.
Please note this role is subject to Garda Vetting
It's preferable if the candidate is available 5/7 days.
