The Principal Process Engineer will join the Integrated Water Planning team in Brisbane, providing technical expertise and leadership on water, wastewater and recycled water projects from strategic planning through to functional design. Responsibilities include master planning, options assessments, feasibility studies, business case preparation and active business development, while mentoring junior staff and building strong client relationships.
- Lead technical direction on complex water, wastewater and recycled water projects from strategic planning through functional design.
- Supervise and coordinate project teams to meet objectives and client expectations.
- Prepare proposals and build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor.
- Facilitate client and stakeholder workshops and mentor junior staff.

- Hold a tertiary degree in Chemical Engineering with 10+ years consultancy experience in water treatment.
- Chartered status (CPEng, RPEQ/V) preferred and active involvement in industry associations.
- Demonstrated expertise in chemical engineering design principles and strategic planning of water and wastewater treatment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring scope, schedule and quality objectives.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills, and a mentoring attitude.
