Construction Superintendent

• Communicate progress with site project coordinators and subcontractors
• Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
• Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
• Manage construction team including Procore daily logs, manpower reports and jobsite laborer hours
• Conduct daily inspections, ensuring flawless execution, site safety, and cleanliness
• Coordinate requests from clients, architects, and design consultants

Miami's premier luxury residential home builder is looking to add a motivated and experienced superintendent to their construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in ground-up new construction with luxurious interiors.

• Familiarity with regulatory construction standards
• Experience overseeing daily operation of construction projects for high-end, ground-up custom homes - from mobilization to final handoff
• English and Spanish a plus
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
• Comfort using schedules, Microsoft Office, and Procore experience a plus
• 3 - 5 years of experience in high-end, ground-up residential projects
• Strong technical knowledge of residential systems, sequencing, and finishes
