Assess the impact of regulatory changes and communicate necessary adjustments to the Operations and Estimating teams.
Review spec documents for upcoming and active projects to make recommendations to Estimating & Project Management teams.
Write and review work plans in partnership with the Project Management team.
Gather information for waste profiles and submit final profiles to waste vendors.
Communicate with General Contractors and customers regarding submittals and other compliance needs.

Working understanding of RCRA and TSCA waste streams
Experience with developing and submitting a full Accident Prevention Plan for USACE
Experience with EM-385-1-1
Strong working knowledge of various state regulations for asbestos, lead, mold, duct cleaning, and heavy metals
Must be able to access and navigate each department and the organization’s facilities.
Must be able to lift 10 pounds at times.
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in compliance or regulatory role, preferably within the Construction and/or environmental remediation industry
Working knowledge of soil and groundwater remediation
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations for construction
Experience with remediation and/or demolition projects for USACE, NAVFAC, USAF, USCG, EPA, or NPS
Strong understanding of respiratory protection, air monitoring and sampling/clearance methods and requirements
Experience with PFAS & PCBs
