Perform administrative duties associated with project management for civil/treatment projects
Perform routine engineering assignments requiring application of standard techniques and procedures
Perform site layout, calculations
Support projects in the construction phase, including submittal reviews, design clarifications, and construction management / resident engineer services
Complete projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables
Work independently on small projects, or assist more-senior engineers on larger projects
Work under project engineers on the application of various design engineering and modeling techniques in the development of water resource projects for federal, state and local municipalities
Prepare plans for water and wastewater systems, write specifications, analysis and study-level reports for water and wastewater treatment distribution and collection systems, determine appropriate design methods, equipment sizing and selection, hydraulics and hydrology modeling, stormwater collection systems modeling, data collection, assimilation, and presentations
Assist the Senior Engineer with engineering studies, designs, contract documentation preparation, technical report writing, and graphic presentation
Create detailed designs of water / wastewater treatment systems and collection systems or water resource projects for federal, state and local municipalities under instruction from the Project Engineer
