As a Warehouse Supervisor you will lead a team to ensure daily warehouse tasks are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This hands‑on role involves supervising operations, guiding team members, and taking ownership of safety, quality, productivity, equipment flow, and process improvement.
Key duties include working side‑by‑side with staff to receive, store, and ship materials; supervising daily activities and meeting deadlines; training new hires; enforcing safety and security programs; preparing reports and maintaining documentation; issuing shipping instructions and coordinating routing; communicating goals with leadership; inspecting conditions and coordinating maintenance; responding to internal customer inquiries; developing SOPs; and tracking goods in transit.
The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; logistics or warehouse certifications are a plus. Essential skills are teamwork, leadership, customer focus, critical thinking, problem solving, time management, and the ability to operate forklift or telehandler equipment. Familiarity with warehouse systems such as SAP is advantageous.

The salary range for this role is $73k‑$100k, based on experience, education, and market data, and the role includes the full benefits package described.
