Manage inventory accuracy, conduct counts, handle shipments, and coordinate with teams.

Tasks
-Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations. -Assist with process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency. -Track inventory levels and reorder stock as necessary to prevent shortages or overstock. -Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of materials and products. -Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records in the company’s inventory management system. -Conduct regular inventory counts, cycle counts, and audits to ensure data accuracy. -Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies or report errors. -Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams to ensure inventory accuracy. -Generate inventory reports and present findings to management.

What You Bring
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Physical ability to lift, move, or count materials as needed. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics. -Certification in inventory management (e.g., APICS, CPIM, or similar) is a plus. -High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree related field a plus. -Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Experience with barcode or RFID tracking systems. -Knowledge of lean inventory practices and supply chain optimization.
