Mechanical Site Manager

Description

• Attend site meetings and communicate effectively with clients and project teams
• Maintain site records, RAMS, permits, and progress reports
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and site logistics
• Support the visiting Project Manager in the delivery of mechanical fit out works
• Ensure mechanical installations are completed to specification and programme
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure high levels of quality and safety

Requirements

• Exposure to varied and exciting mechanical fit out projects across London
• Relevant tickets (SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred)
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Manager within commercial or office fit out projects
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services installation
• Ability to manage day-to-day site activities independently
• Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
