- First Aid & CPR desirable
- Minimum 2 years’ previous mine-site supervision experience mobile plant workshop or field maintenance
- Strong organisational and communication skills able to prioritise tasks and manage people effectively
- Familiarity with Fortescue or other major mining client maintenance systems
- HR/HC Driver’s Licence preferred, C-Class Manual essential
- Mechanical Trade Certificate Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Plant Mechanic, or equivalent
- Solid knowledge of WHS, isolation, and maintenance safety standards
- Strong understanding of mobile plant maintenance systems, defect management, and service scheduling
- Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Suite Excel, Outlook, Word for reporting and planning
- Proven experience leading workshop teams in a civil or mining environment
- Long-term, stable role on a Pilbara-based mine site
